Hey Dark,
You can buy a chafing pan for cattering and a vibrating sander, add 1 gallon cleaning solution and clean away... :lol:

I don't have the $430.00 to spend right now either.

One of the most important aspects of keeping an ultrasonic cleaner clean as well as in good working order is rinsing it immediately after each use. This takes few mins to do when it comes to smaller, residential ultrasonic cleaners, but even standing cleaners shouldn't take long to rinse off.
