Just bought a ps4 cheap with the quick blue flash then back off with no response until unplugged. Tore it apart went straight to the power supply, which is the N14-200P1A, to find a few crispy roaches. The only trouble spot I found was off one leg of F801 fuse which still checks good but looks like it did some board damage maybe traces. Trying to figure out what needs to be tied together? It's also close to an ic and not sure but looks like a trace comes from it to the fuse? Anybody got an idea?

Hello!

I haven't had such case yet, but I think there was electric breakdown between this leg of fuse and pin 4 of chip U1. I think there is no damaged trace.

You need to grind off all burned part of the board.
Chip U1 is probably bad. Replace it.

you check for shorts? also check for continuity between resistors first. depending on what model psu, those larger resistors blow pretty easily.
