Problem with PS4 Blu-ray from Motherboard

Need help with my PS4 Blu-ray ROM is not loading CD so i replace it with another one from a dead PS4 but after i replace it is not accepting CD i manually put in a CD but when i turn on the PS4 the CD is not rolling so i remove the Blu-Ray ROM and put the one i remove from the PS4 b/4 back but when i turn on the PS4 is not accepting CD and is not rolling CD like be for i think the problem is from the PS4 motherboard need help my PS4 is the CUH-1206A model the one i remove the Blu-ray ROM from is CUH-1215A model.thank u

Check fuses near 4 pin power supply connector on motherboard. One of them is probably bad

there a transistor next to cable connector on motherboard that blows sometime test with meter. had same problem work for me now also if there is a short to drive controller card by motor you see red and black wire make sure there not shorted there a protection circuit there so if shorted will not work if need pic let me know

IS this the correct part? If so, what is the value and can I pull it off a BMD-010, 015, 020, 025 board?

Lucky to have 20 examples of this board right now.

Also found 2 more variations and answered my question. Now it's time to test.

Worked like a charm. Used fuses from BMD-010, 015, 020, 025 boards.
