My first IR Station

Postby pcservis7 » Mon Jan 11, 2016 12:53 am

I apologize for the bad English because it translates google translate.
I'm making a machine similar to the ACHI IR-6500, (pc410 + rex c100, top 80x80 450w, 3 pieces 600w 240x60 bottom and I'd like to add side camera.
I have a few questions if you can help me:
1. I ordered this set(http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Digital- ... 94159.html) but where the thermal probe is placed on the bottom preheater?
2 Does the fan runs only when switching off the upper heater?
3 Have I set the side fans to be easier heatsink PCB?

Thank you in advance...

In kit I got probe with this thread (probe 1Image), but I will buy (Probe2Image) and place in a stainless steel flexible pipe or band with capton tape. I think the first option is better but for now I managed to find a stainless steel flexible pipe with diameter 9mm ...
For top probe i order Image

I'm still waiting PC410 :( I have a practice to do not begin make anything until all parts does not come to me. In these schemes for the connection I do not see when fan start on the top heater. Per position, I would say that pushes air to the heater if it cools after extinguish or while doing to does not waste heat?
