Hi
I have an A50 series Toshiba laptop with the following specifications.
Intel® Core™ i5-7200U Processor
8GB memory
256GB hard drive
I was using it for the past one year and the laptop randomly turns off at times and various parts are getting overheated. My friend told that it may be due to faulty BGA components. I am not sure why he made that statement. What may be the cause of laptop getting heated?
I am searching for what BGA re-balling actually is? Whether some BGA re-balling needs to be done for the laptop? If that is the case, please suggest some BGA re-balling services in Toronto. It will be of great help.
